IN SPORTS SUCH as football which require short, sprinting bursts lasting 8 to 10 seconds, jogging every day isnít good enough physical training.

While jogging helps get the aerobic system into good shape, any type of fast running or sprinting is anaerobic. Itís this anaerobic system that must be triggered to get the upper end of the cardiovascular system into shape.
