Coaches,
I saw your notes on the 3-5-3. I'm in a similar situation with athletic LB's and DB's. Can you give me some insight or share any playbook info you have picked up on this defense?

We use a a system of High beam and Low beam reads. We have what we refer to as stimulus responses that dictate the movement and responsibilities of the LB´s. It starts with a high beam read of backfield flow and then adjusts to the low beam read of blocking combinations...I have a playbook that I have created for the high school level.
