We run a 3-3-5 or what we refer to as a 30 stack. The best resources I have found are the Air Force Academy´s training DVDs. They are very heavy in the vocabulary of their defensive calls, but I used it as a base to build my own playbook from. If you´re interested in talking a little about the 30 stack or if you want me to send you a copy of my high school level playbook, give me a call or drop me an email....my cell # is 661-706-3641 John Wren

Coach Rod, Drop me an e-mail with your questions and I will see what I can do. I am not an expert but this defensive strategy is one of the best things we have ever done.

coach Haas, I am interested in the 3-5-3 defense, I have a solid linebacking crew and a ball-hawking SS. I´m interested in zone blitzing as well, your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Coach Rod Totton

Hey Guys- I´m a youth football coach and I have noticed how trendy the 3-3-5/3-5-3 has become in high school/college football. I want to teach it to my youth players, is there any way I can get any help? Mark Allumbaugh Allumbaugh22@yahoo.com

Coach Williams, I have run a 3-5-3 for the past two years and have found that it is one of the most effective all around defenses that one can use. You have the ability, with the right personnel, to defend against the pass and the run but you also have the ability to devastate the offense when properly executed. E-Mail me and we can discuss it some more. Tony TonyH@truesoups.com
