Featured Plays - Wide Receiver Middle Screen
This play works great against an aggressive pass rush.

PLAYER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Fullback: Block defender aligned on screen receiver.
Half Back: Swing opposite of the screen receiver, cut off the backside defenders.
Quarterback: Shotgun formation. Secure the snap and look opposite the direction of the play to influence the defensive flow. Find passing lane for screen receiver. Pass must be completed behind the line of scrimmage.
Receiver X and Y: Take a wide split, stretch the defense and block outside 1/3.
Receiver Z: Jab step and execute a screen inside the wide pass rush, catch the ball and run to daylight.
