PLAYER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Quarterback: Reverse pivots and fakes to diving fullback. Fullback: Takes the fake and fills vs. an even front or inside on the linebacker vs. an odd front. Tailback: Runs a straight line to outside leg of the pulling offensive tackle. Block the first defender to show. Swing Back: Runs a straight line to the inside leg of the offensive end. Ducks inside trap and reads off the TB's block. Play-Side End: Double down and slide off from the LB outside in. Play-Side Tackle: Double with the PSE and works the defender on to the LB. Play-Side Guard: Traps and contains. Center: Against an even front, blocks the play-side defensive guard. Against an odd front, blocks the inside DG. Backside Guard: Against an even front, takes out the DG. Against an odd front, takes the LB inside out. Backside Tackle: Releases inside, works from LB to defensive back. Backside End: Releases to the safety.
