DIAGRAM: From a wishbone formation, the FB dives to the play-side A-gap, while the right RB runs a fake cross into the B-gap. The Center blocks the backside A-gap and the right OG makes a kick-out block on the DE. The right OT and TE double-team the DT or downblock. The SE blocks the backside C-gap. The left OT and OG pull and block into the 6-hole.
The QB opens to the play side, makes a fake cross and hands the ball off to the left RB. The left RB takes a chug-step and carries the ball hard into the 6-hole.
